If you're planning an unofficial trail run please copy and paste the following information into a new thread and fill it out.
If you do not follow this format; your thread will be deleted.
This will help people know how and when the run will take place.
The Date and Time portion is pretty straight forwards
The Meeting location should be large enough for all the trucks
The Trail Leader for the day (More than one?)
The Tail Gunner for the day (More than one?)
How many trucks will be coming (Keep a running total on the 1st post)
Expected time of return (be generous)
Radio Channels (Ensure all forms of communication have a channel)
The Trail Name (Ensure you have the correct trail name)
Difficulty Rating (http://www.ct4wda.com/ct4wd-upcoming-trips/trail-difficulty-rating/)
Equipment Needed (Provide details on Min. Modifications and Equipment)
CT4WD Courses Needed (If there is a course requirement)
RSVP List (You may want people to RSVP to keep a head count)
Notes (Any additional information that you may want people to have)

PLEASE TREAD LIGHTLY! If you're caught driving in closed, skeg, not on trail, driving up/down river's, driving on wet grass/plants, drinking on trail (driver or passenger)... basically messing up the land... you're kicked off the forum and out of CT4WD.
Even if you don't have all the information for the run, just leave it blank until you do then re-edit your first post. You need to have all the information available at least 2 days before the trail run.
