I have the feeling the new 4Runner and the 150 Series are sharing the same platform and interior. So if you wanted a 150 Series Toyota it could be the 4Runner in disguise. Similar to the current 4runner and the Prado 120 I suppose

Is this going to be available in the North American market? Though it is left hand drive, the only info I can find on it is from the UK (they mention other european markets).

it'll probably end up being a Lexus GX something or another if it comes over here.

As Toyota they'll probably sell it in the Orient (Syria, Egypt, Dubai...etc.) as left hand drive.

Looks like a Japanese Suburban almost.
Not to sound too purist, but it almost looses that ruggedness that the 80 series was still able to capture.
Hopefully it will be available as an alternative to all the american crap on the streets in Canada.

it's somewhat unfortunate that the Land Cruiser brand is getting softened up as well if you don't count the 70Series
