This month was a little hectic with errors in dates for the 101 and change of venue as well.
We combined the 101 with the 2 Day Trip as we explored McLean Creek this weekend. We had some new members: Skyler and Alfie both in FJ Cruisers. They were joined with Harry, David C, Gary, Will and myself.
Harry led the afternoon after the 101 course with some amazing scenery as fall starts to make it's appearance with green, bright yellow and orange leaves still on the trees with clear blue sky. The group ended up finding some good amount of beer cans on the trail with Will as the designated garbage bag tied to his ARB bumper.
Will managed to use his skid plates as he slid over some roots and rock. The only damage that afternoon was my rear bumper as it snagged a root and completely mangled itself.
Unfortunately I was only able to attend the 101 course and a fun trail run afterwards, however, David C was joined by Gary Saturday evening for a little fun that night I'm sure and a great day on the trail Sunday.
