I'm too pissed right now to even detail, but the short version is that they will take over 21 days to ship a part from VA to MT...
We're not talking across the world or Africa, we're taling US domestic shipment... over 3 weeks!
The pother part is how bad their tracking is and how bad their service is...
I have to vent as I'll have to drive 8+ hours to go back to MT to pick up my bumper later just because UPS are :):):):):):)bags.

I too have had no success with UPS. They damaged three of my wheels that were shipped from Dallas. I watched the guy toss the boxes on my front step.
For shipping across the border, I've had the best success with USPS. They aren't as fast at getting your parcel through customs, but at least you don't get hit with brokerage fees, just taxes.
Sorry to hear about your misfortune. Hopefully the bumper will be worth the extra effort?

I shipped an engine with them this spring and was quoted $500 I got a bill for $2836. I just finished up with there screw up like 2 weeks ago and ended up paying $600 US. I will never use UPS again I wouldn't use UPS to ship a turd to someone I didn't like.

If your getting anything shipped (big parts) from the US to Canada by UPS the best thing to do is pick it up from their warehouse to avoid any damages by their delivery man....thats what I've always done since I've heard a lot of stories about them...just a suggestion...

or not use UPS at all and then your fine. UPS isn't the only thing out there. I would trust a drunk in a canoe to ship something for me before I use UPS (as long as my delivery point is down stream)

So finally, I was able to pick it up...
But I still think UPS are the worse ever. The UPS agent of the seller was able to actually trace it by calling the different transfer.
Seriously, UPS are incredibly bad, and this was NOT even cross border!
