I received a call today from Brian Henniger, he was calling me regarding my Dodge Challenger issue as he is the President of AMVIC. He was a really nice guy to talk to and conveyed his dissappointment with CAMVAP and how they brushed off my situation. Anyways... we were chatting and I mentioned my FJ and how my fiance bought it at his dealership, he asked how were treated and aside from the small issues, I told him we were happy, and I mentioned that I was really impressed that his dealership is now a supporting company with Calgary Toyota 4WD club. He laughed and said that he knew the site and he hopes this partnership will work out. Anyways after about 40mins and his advice and direction for me regarding the car, he wished me luck and hoped to see my around the dealership with the FJ.

I have to say my opinion of him has changed, I never had issues with him personally, I used to work for other dealers that really had a negative outlook towards him. But he's a down to earth guy and really likes to hear about his dealership and his customers.

I've had some great chats with him in person and on the phone in the past. He has some really good values and ethics from what I understand from speaking to him. I made it a point to keep him up to date on the Association as he is no longer a majority shareholder in Heninger Toyota and isn't involved much these days. He's been working hard with his wife on foundation/charity work that keeps him busy these days.

ahhh yeah I figured as much, he called from a charity line to my office. But he's a down to earth simple guy to chat with, he had some really good, legit ways of handling my case, and sure enough, Chrysler Management FINALLY called and I mentioned small claims court and bam they offered me a another $1500 off my new car, so I'm almost there, $3000 off my new car sooo I'm only out of pocket $11,000, slowly but getting down in costs..... I'm still filing with small claims. hahahaha
