Antonio and I are going to work at having the coffee / milkshake nights rotate around the city. Any suggestions for a place in the south that has tons of parking and delicious beverages of the non-alcoholic kind?

I know there is a DQ on Glenmore Trail just west of the PnP (Barlow Tr.) with a big parking lot. Could make it an interactive evening of part salvage and Blizzards?

DQ on glenmore between barlow and the train tracks is a great place. It's deserted later and there's even a little wallow mud hole there if you want. The parking lot connected to DQ is quite large.

my truck is already stiff I find since I cranked with the bumper. I was used to the very smooth ride.

with the winch I'll have to change springs or they will be cranked way too kigh

700# is the only way to go... Mine are cranked a bit too high at the moment but with a winch on the front everything should be golden...

I'm happier with the ride using 700# coils, a little stiff but WAY better than the huge body roll I was getting with the 600# version. The 'sans-swaybar' might be affecting that too...

Can't wait for the call from National, I've already got a slave signed up to help install it! (and, of course, anyone else is welcome to join!)

Oh, and I was thinking of a place for meeting down south - there is a Dairy Queen just off of MacLeod and 162nd Ave which has tones of parking due to a Crappy Tire being next door. Definitely the best Dairy Queen I have found, good food and always cheap burgers (0.99 burgers and 1.39 cheese burgers).

I'll second this location. It is also the best DQ that I've found. They consistently make the best blizzards too.

And like you said, with the CT sharing a parking lot, we'll have ample parking for everyone to show off their rides. It's real easy to find too for anyone not familiar with the area. One turn off Macleod and you'll pass right by it.

How about the DQ at the bottom of Crowchild trail south of Glenmore? They have a huge lot, the service and treats were decent. I favour the more central locations and this DQ is easy to get to from the north and south. We should also try our Angels in Bowness they have good milkshakes.

That's the one. It's beside Macleod on the East side. If you are coming from the north you have to drive past it and back track on the side roads.

ohhhhh yeah. There was a lot of jaw dropping moments in this one. I never used to be into big mountain riding videos at all cause they seemed so slow or boring but Jeremy Jones can change your feeling on that pretty quick. Would be amazing to have the resources for doing these kinds of hiking/riding excursions. But at the same time I dont think I could even see myself riding some of what they found for lines.....friggen Nuts

I will try and find a copy and watch it again then I could def do it. I had a couple pints previous to the film so it may not have gotten 100% attention and the fact that the theatre was so full I had to sit on one of the seat arm rests so my butt really hurt through the whole thing...haha still blown away by the locations they hit. I'll let you know also if I do get a copy then you can also check it.
