Big thanks to David for coming out a day early to help me clear trees off the trail. Also a thanks to Paul for coming out after fixing his truck and helping David and I get the trail cleared up.

Run was awesome lots of fun and had very entertaining evenings.

it was awesome, both trails were very different even though they were very close by. A little bit of everything.

A great time indeed, although I was only able to go on the sunday run portion, it was a blast. Great group to go wheeling with.

I should have tons of the "Winch" getting winched pics lol ... but I have not even looked at the pictures since I've gotten back.

I've been doing non-stop repairs to my poor girl. As you know, I was overheating and punctured a tire while out there. Well, on the way home, the tensioner pulley for the AC seized and took out the AC belt. The AC belt in turn took out the power steering belt. As Chris and I were replacing all the pulleys and belts ... we found that I have blown another axle seal. Driver's side this time at least.

It was all worth it though. Lots of fun. I'll get my photos up as soon as I can. Everyone should get a chance to see the madness of Gary's washout run. I like to call it the "Eff the Rubicon" obstacle.

Holy smokes, Dave. I had no idea you had so much trouble getting home. Did you make it back on your own steam? How is the overheating issue now? Was it due to mud in the radiator? To be sure, you should try and drive up a long steep hill before we hit the long road just to rule out clogging of the rad inside, fanclutch, thermostat.

I could tell that your AC bearing was squeeling, but didn't think it would seize up. Wow! If I have time before we go, I will try and buy a few of those bearings from a motorcycle shop, and take a couple pulleys for spares.

Yeah, I now have a spare pulley and I'll have some spare belts before the Rubicon. I made it back under my own steam.

I managed to get some of the photos off my camera. Here is my fave;

Ah, that's awesome - probably not the safest place to be standing, though.

Doc, post your album!

Mine is ready, Cath wants to edit some pictures before uploading so Tuesday I'll put them online. I have 125 after sorting and like 30% are from Gary's descent
