I've got enginebldr.com head bolts in the 22r right now, I think there might have been a little bit of grime at the bottom of the head bolt that goes into the block after I had the head redone. I'm getting a little bit of coolant boiling off at colder temps and thinking it's because I can't get the real torque specs on the head because of the this grime.
If I take the bolts out... to clean in there do you think I can re-use the same head bolts again?

I wouldnt re-use headbolts. Once they are torqued once I would be done with them. If you are that far into the motor whats another $100 is the way I look at it.
Just Diesel it already

If the headbolts are torque to an angle then they must be replaced. Headbolts set to a torque are reusable it's the ones that are stretched that are not but again for the $100 or so it's not a bad idea. Clean the threads as well as the holes.

Why not spend the extra couple of bucks, and go ARP head studs instead. Comlpetely reusable, and will give you more consistent torque readings.

toss a bottle of rad stop leak at it. just a band aid, but that stuff kept my cracked cylinder head from surfacing for the first 2 years I had my surf. When I pulled the head off, you could tell it had been cracked for a long time.
May want to check a few other things as well.
I have never heard of being able to bottom out head bolts before. well not unless they were wrong to start
