I have a Raider, Vagabond. They're the least exspensive topper of the Raider line - $1800 ish new? but you can pick 'em up used for around $1000.00 or even less I've noticed recently! I bought mine used from a car rental place in Lethbridge that had it sitting on one of their Taco's.
So far I've had no issues with it. Also consider about adding a rolling cargo bed in your truck someday - no more crawling inside the box on your hands and knees!! I love mine. It allows you to pack your truck much more efficiently because the roll-out provides 3 access points to your gear. Very handy!

I am looking for one but will not put anything else than a leer 100XQ, it's the best looking, bar none and it has very nice features (carpet inside, cargo space on ceiling inside, etc)
Only thing I might want are windoors on the side, but the XQ does not have them (because the huge handles are ugly hehe).. so I'l see
I can't find any online, there were two for sale in May but got sold right away and now none.. They were like $1000 used and are worth $2800 new!

I've also got the Raider line of products. Just a comment for consideration to you guys who are thinking about getting a Canopy. I've been wheeling and driving trucks with Canopies now since 2000, and while I got somewhat used to them, you need to know that canopies have a fairly significant impact on visibility both on the highway and offroad. It makes it difficult to see around you, esp. when the truck is lifted. I'm soon going to swap my canopy out for a tonneau cover. I think a truck looks better without a canopy too. Just my 2 cents.

Same here with the Vagabond. It's great to have to lock all the gear inside for the ski season at some shady motels in the interior BC. It's really hard to see behind you to parallel park at night but you get used to it. You can get the carpet inside option, fishing rack on the roof option, etc... It comes with an interior light which is nice for night.

Leer, with a few options (windoors), front open slider, overhead storage
Love it, works well and doesn't leak. 2600$

I have the Vagabond as well with full carpet. Carpet is nice, but with the Taco's tailgate air tight seal, that carpet holds a lot of dust. It's an ok looking topper. I find some of the other sleaker/streamlined toppers make the truck to SUV looking - taking away from the ruggedness of the Taco lines. No separation.

one problem with the Vagabond is that the last 5 letters in Vagabond tends to go missing!?!
I do wish side profile of the rear of the vagabond was more vertical instead of slanted like a hatchback but other than that It's been a good topper. Slept it in quite a few times even in the rain.

Thanks for the input guys....I ended up getting a Phantom by Raider....cost me a bit higher than what i was aiming for but I'm happy on the end result....just something I'm worried about, slipping of the topper cuz I only got four clamps, 2 on each sides...
I think they should have atleast one more just for the fronts...do you guys have the same?
