McLean - This afternoon/ evening

Hey guys. John's just finishing off on fixing that wheelbearing, so the two of us are going to hit McLean after I'm done with work. If any of you are interested in joining, that would be great. The tentative plan is to be at the McLean creek store around 5-5:30 and do a quick run up to top of the world for supper and back down - trying to be back in town before dark (9ish). (403) 829-9181

I can't get my valve stem fixed before next week :( and I need to sort the parts on the wrecked truck

dang... steering rack leaking... wheel bearing not good! I have to re-wire my old truck's alt. plug. Keeps falling out.

I could take my enduro! haha

Well, for the steering rack (IFS yuk!) get some heavy duty clingwrap and wrap it on very tight. For the wheel bearing, bring a 2x4 (wood) with you so that if it goes, we can remove the wheel and strap the 2x4 under the hub for a ski. (Will look a bit whacky on the highway, but eh)

Or, just go get a new alternator for the old truck - but be there! :)

haha... yes i could even use some of my old skis! with enough speed i could just ski across the mud and water!

I bet John will be looking into a SAS soon for his Tacoma!
