wiper issue

ok my wipers work but my washer fuild button is stuck like there is no give on pushing it in to engage the pump any sugestions on how to fix or do i have to get a new part on my colum

hmm... could try taking it apart and see if the return spring is still working. If not you can contact Mike Hildebrand (403) 320-8609 for a used stalk.

Stuck can't push to engage? Soak the heck out of it in contact cleaner / rubbing alcohol to free it up...

yeah it is stuck in like the spring isnt broken other wise it would be spraying all the time i will see what i can do here any other chemicals that would work other than rubbing alcohol i don't have any of that i have tons of brake clean and varsal LOL

ok i soaked it gave it a tap and i think i busted it yippy it is jimmy riged right now but what i might do is throw a push button switch in instead of replaceing under the colloum cause i hear itis a real pain in the ass unless someone knows how to do it and willing to show me how it is done right

ok i am in dire need of help my washer pump works awsome just wont shut off i have jummiy riged it i need help installing iti have neber done coulom work befor is it a plug type deal or what intails getting this stock replacement back in to the coloum

haha... good to know the washer system works really well!! There's a couple screws on the bottom of the column that will take the housing off. Once that's out of the way you can take a look at the stalk. I've never replaced mine so I'm not sure exactly what the process is.

i have it working alright i have't fixed it but i have it riged up where i can use it when i need to but not have it running all the time man it really helped this weekend when i was hitting some trails i found out this truck will go through anything i put it through i love it if there is a coffee meet this wek i'll bring down yoda and we will meet up
