I though i would start my own thread about my truck. As everyone knows people love pictures and i love taking them.
I'll give a little run down on my 4Runner. I just bought it 4 days ago for $2100.00. 375,000kms 22R 5speed, came with new rear springs, 4 new shocks, 2 new front fenders, new 31in BFG MT's, AISIN manual locking hubs, and custom rear bumper. The engine runs strong and does not burn oil. The drive train is solid, rides nice and straight down the road. Issues with the runner, power rear window does not work (i will be tracking down the problem on my days off, hoping its just some bad wires) no e-brake which sucks but will get fixed asap. Rust on the drivers door, both rear quarters and a little on the tailgate. Frame, rockers and floor are in great shape. Future mods will include a custom built front bumper, winch, long john mud flaps, coming monday, rear locker, not sure which one yet. I don't plan on lifting this rig any time soon as i do use it for work. Enough with the borring stuff, its time for some pics. I will keep this thread updated with pics from my travels as well as mods and other stuff.

First ever pic of my new rig.

So i took off the front valence under the front bumper and also installed my new long john mud flaps up front. I lost light last night so i couldn't do the rear as well. Its snow right now, so i will see what i can get for pictures.

I think it looks better without the front valence.

This long johns were easy to install. And should keep the mud off the sides and side windows.

Haha, ya at least you still got the corner peices on your bumper. I didn't so it looked like crap.

The next thing im doing to the Runner will be stripping all the carpet and rhino lining the whole floor. Should be fun.

So after some thought, i decieded to hard wire my rear power window directly from the battery. Way faster then trying to track down and trace the old wiring harness. I used a six prong ON OFF ON intermiter toggle switch. What a cluster of wires to get it to work properly. In the end with some help from my brother it works and works good. So happy the motor was still good.

So me and my wife went for a little drive today out west to look for the Fall Creek Trail. We found the staging area and decided to travle farther up the road. But seeing how my wife is 7 1/2 months pregnent we didn't go much further. We run into some steep and sharp switch backs which made her nervous so we turned around on the second switch back. Thats were i snapped these pics. My next days off i'll be going back without her and bringing along more trucks.
