Hello Everyone,
I just bought my first tacoma last month. It's a 2008 Tacoma 4x4 DC TRD Offroad, auto.
Stock for now (excluding 4 new D-Rings in the bed).
I'm hoping to add a new front and rear bumpers to improve clearance, and probably some rock sliders. and I've got an MV50 air compressor on order to mount under the hood.
I'm actually thinking of fast tracking the rock sliders as there's a white sedan that uses the handicapped parking space next to me at work that has left 8 door dings in my brand new truck. I figure rocksliders will serve me as well in the city as they will on the trail.
This if my first truck. I needed one for hunting (can't put a moose in the back of a subaru impreza), and I figured it would come in handy for mountain biking too.
Speaking of the impreza, it's for sale if you know anyone that's looking. 1997 subaru impreza outback sport, manual, 152000km, $4900.
Here's a shot I snapped of the truck in front of my house:

Hopefully I can get some more this weekend with a few mnt bikes in the back at a trailhead.
I look forward to picking your brains about armour and suspension when I can actually afford it.
Kyle
