I would like to know what the best flow rate would be for a coil over set up for slow crawling.

Would it be fast compression, slow rebound? or maybe fast compression, fast rebound....?

Anyone know the optimal sag hight is for Fox and Icon?

There's a few combinations in tuning the coil-overs for each type of driving.

I think most of us here aren't go fast desert pre-runners so I'd imagine it would be a setting that might work for most of us.

Some of the guys I've talk to on the other forums about shock set up for crawling would have slow re-bound and slow compression to help conform the suspension to the rocks and to keep the truck from bouncing around.

This is why a lot of pro drivers will use a air shock. Its just better with dealing with slowing things down. you don't have to worry about a spring rate or "Bounce", just how much air is need to keep the truck as close to the rocks as possible.
