http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=540340&stc=1&d=1281121131

pecs:
300m Inner Stubs
4340 Inner flanges
930 Porche CVs 4340/300m lightened
300m center bar
RCV Toy IFS outer CV - 4340 bell, 300m star, 3/4" balls. The design is the same family and geometry as the RCV Dana 30/44 stuff and the uber-stout Longfields.

No, these will not be cheap, but they will be less $$$ than a SAS. Guesstimates at this time are in the $1500.00 range.

Yes, hard core IFS parts are coming your way.... it's only a matter of time.

The first prototypes will be on the way to us next week and will be abused soon after.

Test Vehicle: 1996 4Runner, Blazeland IFS LT, 35x12.50 MTRs, 5.29s, Air Lockers and AA doubler.

I got those same CV's in my 2nd gen taco. There sort of prototype on my rig as were still workin on the length of the center axle. the outer joint is tough, the inner still breaks if it gets pulled thou. RCV is fixing this for me thou.

I would also like some of those!

As long as they figure out a way to keep the inner boots from ripping, tearing, falling apart. I replace mine at least 2 times a year. I swear at the CV's more then any part on my truck

Yeah ... I think all of the high angle CV boots are based on a Porsche CV. I remember reading that somewhere on the RCV site. Anyone else? I'm way too lazy right now to look.

Here are the driveshafts that (we) Monster Rides has developed in Australia.....not sure if Im allowed to post this here not being an official vendor....?

These suit 05+ Hilux.

These CV's are far superior of the standard items:
1.5mm thicker shaft
15mm more flex in the shaft, which will allow up to 100mm more wheel travel if your suspension allows for it
10mm thicker outer cup - CV cup wall heavier and stronger.
Stronger CV boot

Here are some images of the shafts:

These I admit are not in the same league as RCV with RCVbeing full race spec nor are we even trying to compete with them, but our CV's are somewhere in between the standard and RCV ones.....At the moment, being a new item we are trying to supply the local market first but will be trying to get them sent over the pond at some stage in the future for taco's FJ's and the like.
