well, my surf's injector pump decided to start spewing out diesel 2 weeks ago, so its been parked for a bit, found a replacement on the UK surf forum, he shipped it on tuesday ( monday was a holiday for them) and I just got it 10mins ago! needless to say I'm soo excited right now, cant wait to get it together and safely running again :) just oredering up a new timing belt, as its got to come off anyways, and at 92k, just about time to do it anyways :P

.. and while thats being done, I've got new front rotors, pads and stainless steel brake lines to put in, and replacing the stock shocks and coils with rancho shocks, and ordered up a pair of OME 2" lift coils the other day, so just gotta wait for all this good stuff to finnish getting in, then it'll be a whole new surf :)

update...

just finnished replacing my suspension, got my 2" OME heavy duty coils, near new rancho 5000's, sits alot better and stiffer now, tis good.

front left - 35" .......... 35"
front right - 34" .......... 34"
rear left - 33-3/4" .......... 36-1/2
rear right - 32-3/4 .......... 36"

I didnt touch the torsion bars, not too sure how to adjust those, but I think thats what leads to the 1" difference on the fronts

..havent gotten to the injection pump yet, a little daunting to me, dealing with the timing, but gotta get it asap

nice surf!! torsion bars are easy, theres a 22mm bolt( i think..) roughly right under your drivers and passenger seat, if its the same as my pickup ( you can the the bolt attatched to the torsion bars themselves that will run to your UCA) ... clockwise lifts and counterclock lowers. Just make sure you jack the front of your truck up before adjusting them, as to not cause any carnage. Cheers
