Warn winch fitment question

Anyone know if a Warn 9.5ti Thermometric will fit a ARB bumper? I've got a buddy who's selling his Heep and he's willing to sell me the winch.

I believe the ARB requires an external solenoid box to sit on top of the bumper. Unlike the Jeep ARB, there isn't a cut out for the the integrated solenoid.

It isn't even the cutout that matters. The ARBs for the Toyotas are all winch foot forward designs. The solenoid would be pointed towards the radiator (or more likely a couple inches INTO the radiator). There have been people that have done extensive cutting and fabbing to make it work with the ARB but I think the results have all been pretty disgusting.

Thanks guys. I kind of knew this already but was hoping someone was going to say that with a big enough shoe horn anything can fit.

Tell your buddy with the Heep you will trade him your ARB for the winch and the Heep! Sell the Heep, get a custom bumper!

Shortly after I talked to him he told me someone called about his Heep and is interested in purchasing as whole. But if the guy tries to low ball him I doubt he'll sell with the winch.

I'll talk to him next week Matt and find out for you. He left for the May long weekend yesterday so I can't reach him till Monday.
