Waiparous Winter Trails - Sunday Feb. 07

Great trail run ... it was super foggy on the way out and on the way back but it was a beautiful day as soon as we hit the trunk road. Covered every square inch of the new winter trails this go round. All in all ... a very successful trip.

Once again ... I took my camera but forgot all about it as soon as I started driving. Those of you with pictures should throw 'em up here to make sure everyone else knows what a great time (and beautiful Waiparous day) they missed.

i agree, it was probably one of the smoothest winter days i have been out for ever...

The only thing that sucks is you cant really see the detail on the terrain on the picutres..
Like that list winter trails.
I wanna get one of those go pro hero cams..

Some good shots in there Kyle, thanks for sharing. Your truck (and tires) did much better then you were anticipating. Not much ice this weekend...it was so warm, mostly loose snow and the MTs dug good.

Hehe, looks worse then it was really. I wasn't really looking for the easy line, if you know what I mean. Kind of trying to get familiar with the truck still...wasted more time for people then needed, sorry. Moss got me out despite me not being able to follow instructions :)

I was really, really impressed with Geoff's (Dante's Taco) go at things. Essentially stock everything and went everywhere the rest went...ok, with a little more scraping noises perhaps...but still ;) Definitely don't need to have a modified truck to get out on some good trails and have a good time.
