Does anyone know if we'll loose towing capacity by installing this bumper?

It depends if it is braced through the frame mounts. It may be fairly easy to tie into the frame rails and give some extra ump pa pa.
I would e mail them and ask what they rate it.

If you find out what the rating is could you post it as I have been asking and wondering about this as well.

An email it shall be! I took a peek again on their website, but couldn't really find any specs on the actual bumper.
I will certainly post what I find out!

they will not provide a rating, as it is not certified.
same with my armortech bumper, it's at least as strong as the stock system..

I received a very speedy reply from Sarah at All Pro - less then 24 hours in fact.
Anyways, for those that tow, here's some welcome news regarding how the receiver is mounted to the truck.
From All Pro:
"...We also make a receiver hitch that tucks up under the bumper and attaches to the frame similar to the factory hitch, so there shouldn't be any reduction in towing capacity..."
It's too bad my All Pro rear bumper money now has to spent on my deductible to get my tailgate repaired.
If I could catch the bugger that hit me...
