head unit upgrade?

happen to be walking by a silver tacoma the other day and i noticed that he had done a 6" headunit screen in the dash, i'm just curious if there are kits out there that would allow you to install these or if it's a custom thing

You'll probably like the metra kit the best, as it is textured in the same way our dash panels are. The scosche ones are just smooth and painted the same color.
