What did I do to myself... Remote starter

Heh, "How complicated could it be - power, ignition, start, and door locks" right? What was I thinking...

Picked up a remote start for nancy; 2 way with all the toys... Thinking I might be a bit over my head... That's a BIG bundle of wires to connect :D

Anyone good at this - and work for beer? :)

Also - anyone ever used this guide? http://www.modifiedlife.com/1990-toyota-4runner-car-security-wiring-guide/ is it accurate enough or should I print out the FSM wiring diagrams?

By the link I am assuming you are putting this into a 90 4Runner. Installing a remote start is easy as can be just rip all kinds of things out and throw it in - Ho ho ho. Actually you are in luck as I used to install them and installed the one in my Runner. I still have all the wiring diagrams plus the oem service manual. My install was easy but then I removed all of the dash due to a theft attempt and was replacing various broken pieces. I don't work for beer but I'm sure something could be worked out.

I could be persuaded to install it for beer.

I normally don't like wiring on other people's vehicles, but I'm felling nice :)

Heh... Finally got around to starting on it today... Love it - FSM, online install notes, Nothing seems to match :) This is gonna be fun - I can just tell...

Probably a ridiculous question... But does anyone know which of the "Green" wires the FSM refers to for the gnd side of the parking light circuit? Supposed to be in the drivers kick panel - see at least 4-5 in there, none really pure green though, only green ones without stripes have red dots!?!?
