I was looking through some photos from the past year... and I came across this one of Valerie and I camping in Waiparous on the May long weekend 2009. Needless to say the loud teenage partiers left early : )

Yeah I left early too, glad I did, waking up to a foot of snow outside my tent would not be pleasant. If I had a trailer, I would have stayed, or a topper on my truck.

We have alot in common ie trailers, Toyotas, wheeling, photography and wives who quilt. We should plan on a trailer camp event next summer. RMH has a great group site that we used last summer with all our trailers and wheeling rigs.

Not our group but you get the idea.

We have alot in common ie trailers, Toyotas, wheeling, photography and wives who quilt. We should plan on a trailer camp event next summer. RMH has a great group site that we used last summer with all our trailers and wheeling rigs.


Hey there Harry, I would totally be into that... gather up a bunch of CT4WD's (trailers, tents, backs of trucks or whatever works). When it get's closer... let's plan something.

I was so happy when I woke up that morning at home to the snow, I was camping at marker 63km back on the Northfork road, just west of cow lake, would not have been a nice drive outta there.

Slightly off topic, Jeff, I gave your wife's quilting store link to my wife. She is very much consumed with quilting. Looks like a neat setup you guys have going there... Not that I know much about the topic, but my wife was impressed.
